Product Details:
This LED downlight bundle includes ten adjustable downlights suitable for multiple spaces. With its adjustable gimbal, you can tilt the head up and down to specific degrees, making it ideal for kitchen island lighting or accent lighting. The downlight is fire-rated to 30, 60, and 90 minutes for solid joist ceilings and suits web and I-joist ceilings for 30 minutes of protection. Fire-rated fixtures like this have a built-in intumescent pad that activates when exposed to a specific temperature. The triggered pad can block any openings where the fire may slip through.
The installation process for the LED downlight is a breeze. It has a loop-in/out terminal block featuring push-fit connectors for easy wiring and a twist-and-lock mechanism for quick bulb changes. It's also mains powered, so you don't need to purchase an independent LED driver or transformer. All you need to do is arrange the placement of fixtures, trim the cut-out hole, wire it straight to the mains circuit, and add a GU10 bulb of your choice.
Our LED downlight is insulation-coverable, allowing you to cover its rear with loft insulation loosely. However, this is only possible with a GU10 LED lamp with a maximum power of 7w. Insulation helps remove heat quickly, lowering warmth trapped in your space and reducing electrical consumption.
The LED downlight features an open-can design, allowing the bulb you use with it to last as long as possible. It also has a gorgeous brushed chrome finish, suitable for diverse design schemes, such as traditional, contemporary, minimalist, and rustic. It blends seamlessly with existing furniture pieces and decorative elements, making it a practical investment.
The downlight works with any GU10 bulb, but to use its dimming function, you must pair it with a dimmable GU10 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. The GU10 bulb comes in cool white, natural white, and warm white light, with cool white ideal for task lighting and warm white for ambient lighting.
